bonsai patron and founder of WBFF, World Bonsai Day is
recognized annually on the second Saturday of May.

at the Bonsai Garden at Lake Merritt, Lakeside Park
Gardens, Oakland, California, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Free 11 by 17 color posters (while supplies last). Docents on
duty for guided tours.
