BGLM will resume Sunday Schedule during Winter Park Hours

The Bonsai Garden at Lake Merritt is happy to report that we are, with restrictions, open for visitors. The City of Oakland has opened the Gardens at Lake Merritt to local public and the BGLM is located inside that park area.

We will be open if a docent has agreed to staff the garden. We ask our patrons to wear face masks as well and maintain six feet distance between visitors.

We are so glad to be returning and ask for your patience and cooperation within the garden. We hope to see you soon.
